• Once production of a custom item has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
• Final colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen differences and production tolerances.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in EGP unless stated otherwise. Sunswag reserves the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout via available payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically take 3 – 6 business days to arrive, depending on destination and product type.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is:

• Ready-made items: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Custom-made items: Non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.
